Thank you to everyone who has booked their Mommy & Me! I have just a handful of spots left and so I thought it was a great time to publish my What to Wear blog!
If you look through my portfolio, you will see that I am drawn to light colors. They really pop with my style and type of editing. This means to fill your wardrobe choices with white, cream, ivory, khaki and light gray! If you want to add a splash of color, think pastels! Especially in spring, these colors are going to be just beautiful with our set for Mommy & Me's.
I've put together a Pinterest board with lots of great pins and ideas on what to wear. Check it out HERE!
This skirt is unbelievably beautiful! It photographs amazingly well, has a ton of color options and is super reasonable cost wise. Check it out HERE!
Booking the Tea Time set? Here is a color pallet I think would look great!

Don't forget my wardrobe rules!
Only one family member in a pattern. This helps avoid distracting or mismatching patterns. (This rule can be broken, as you will notice in the Pinterst board linked above. Just make sure the patterns are identical if you are going for a matching look with your mini.)
No words or phrases on your clothing. Often with my style of photography, you can only see a part of the phrase and it can be distracting to the overall image.
Keep it overly simple with bright, light colors. You won't regret it!
Wear clothes that fit and make you feel good. Don't buy something with hopes of fitting into it next month. If you aren't comfortable, this will show in your photos. You can absolutely tell if someone is 'sucking in' or in any other way trying to hide a part of their body. Love the skin your in and wear clothes that make you feel great!
Feel free to bring props (books, lovies, blankets, etc.) that are sentimental to you and your kiddos. You'll love having them in your photos to look back on.
If you have ANY questions, need any feedback, or anything else you can think of - just give me a shout. I'm just a few clicks away and I'm happy to help!
